Return Policy:

Customers may return unassembled kits (lamp oil unopened, etc.) in the original packaging, for credit to their credit card  within 14 days from delivery.  A return authorization is not required and Wick it does not provide return postage.  Enclose the original packing slip with the return.  Wick it kits received as gifts may be returned for equal or greater value item.   

 Warranty Information:

If any item is broken, damaged, or missing, you have 14 days from receipt to contact us for replacement. Please note that the glass vases are hand crafted and hand blown, so there may be minor imperfections, such as bubbles or glazing in the glass, which can occur as a result of the hand blown process, and are not defects.  Also, note that all seashells used in Wick it kits are natural and therefore may have variations in size or color, which cannot be standardized.  Some lamps have assorted shells which are subject to change, based upon availability.  Replacement wicks and funnels are available from Aura Oil.

 Ordering: 

 Orders must be placed on the web site.  We do not accept phone orders or fax orders at this time.  All in-stock lamp orders will be shipped by the next business day. Our system will not accept orders for any out-of-stock items.  All orders are shipped via UPS. 

 Multiple lamps may be shipped to a single address, but if lamps are to be shipped to multiple addresses, the customer must place each order for a different shipping address as separate transactions.

Note: Wick it kits should be assembled and used by adults only and are not intended or appropriate for children.  Lamp oil is cumbustible and harmful or fatal if swallowed.  Never leave a flame unattended or placed near flammable material.
